BIO
Tina is a founder and partner of Oak & Willow Group, a Silicon Valley consulting firm working with companies in all industries, helping them to create their story, tell it, and live it. Tina has been a trusted advisor to senior executives in corporate communications, employee communications, human resources, and training for 20+ years. She has advised leaders on their strategic objectives, team leadership and management, organization design, and tactical execution. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from local non-profits through Fortune 100 companies. Tina graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College and later earned a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University.
