Career growth can be exciting, but it can also feel unclear. You may be navigating a transition, considering a new path, stepping into more responsibility, or trying to make better decisions about your future.
JMentors connects you with a dedicated mentor who provides the clarity and confidence you need to move forward. Rather than simply handing you answers, your mentor acts as a trusted sounding board, offering fresh perspectives, constructive challenges, and practical wisdom to help you think through your most important decisions.
JMentors is a 6-month, mentee-driven program designed specifically for Jewish young adults. We focus on fostering personal, professional, and career development by pairing participants with accomplished Jewish business and community leaders.
We currently offer a National cohort, and a cohort focused on Jewish Young Adults living or working in the San Francisco Bay Area. The San Francisco Bay Area program is a collaboration between J Leaders and the Jewish High-Tech Community (JHTC).
What Makes JMentors Different?

Mentee-driven

For Mentors
Help someone grow with more clarity and confidence.
Mentorship is one of the most meaningful ways to invest in the next generation of Jewish leadership.
As a mentor, you can offer perspective, ask good questions, share hard-earned wisdom, and help a young adult navigate an important season of professional and personal growth.
You do not need to have all the answers. You need to be thoughtful, generous, consistent, and willing to show up..
For Mentees
Build clarity, confidence, and direction.
As a JMentors mentee, you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with someone who can support your growth, challenge your thinking, and help you navigate your next steps.
You will build:
More clarity around your goals
More confidence in career and leadership decisions
A stronger sense of what kind of professional and leader you want to become
A trusted relationship with someone invested in your growth
A habit of reflection that helps you make better decisions over time
Participation Fee
The participation fee is collected only after a match has been identified and before the program begins. If we do not find a match for you, or if either the mentor or the mentee decides not to participate after the compatibility meeting, a refund will be offered at the program team’s discretion.
Total fee: $126 for the full mentorship program and supplemented personal and professional development programs offered by JLeaders during the active mentorship period.

Help us bring meaningful mentorship to your community.
JMentors is built in partnership with local Jewish communities, organizations, and professional networks that want to support the personal and professional growth of Jewish young adults.
Through community partnerships, we are able to reach talented emerging leaders, identify experienced mentors, and create stronger connections across local and national Jewish professional networks.
Our Community Partners
Partner organizations can help by sharing the program with their community, referring potential mentors and mentees, hosting or promoting information sessions, and helping us identify young adults who would benefit from a thoughtful mentorship experience.
For local communities, JMentors offers a meaningful way to invest in young adult engagement, leadership development, and long-term Jewish connection. The program gives community members access to structured mentorship, professional development opportunities, and a broader network of Jewish business and community leaders.
If your organization would like to partner with JMentors or share this opportunity with your community, we would love to connect.
