Pirkei Avot 1:6: "Get yourself a teacher, find yourself a friend.”
You do not have to figure it out alone.
Career growth can be exciting, but it can also feel unclear. You may be navigating a transition, considering a new path, stepping into more responsibility, or trying to make better decisions about your future.
JMentors gives you a structured relationship with someone who can help you think out loud, ask better questions, and move forward with more confidence.
This is not about having someone hand you answers. It is about having a trusted sounding board who can offer perspective, challenge, support, and practical wisdom.
The JMentors Program offers a 6-month mentee-driven mentorship program for Jewish young adults. We currently offer a National cohort, and a cohort focused on Jewish Young Adults living or working in the San Francisco Bay Area. The program provides personal, professional and career development through a mentorship experience with Jewish business and community leaders. The San Francisco Bay Area program is a collaboration between J Leaders and the Jewish High-Tech Community (JHTC).
JMentors is a structured mentorship experience for young adults who want perspective, support, and honest conversation around career, leadership, and what comes next.
The JMentors Program will be accepting applications for the 2027 mentorship cohorts from August 2026. The program kicks-off in January 2027.

More confidence in how you approach career and leadership decisions.
A stronger sense of what kind of professional and leader you want to be.
