We help young adults become more intentional leaders.
Through cohort experiences, mentorship, bootcamps, workshops, and professional gatherings, JLeaders helps young Jewish adults strengthen the parts of leadership that matter most in real life: clarity, confidence, character, relationships, practical skills, and purpose.
Our programs combine professional development, peer learning, Jewish wisdom, and meaningful relationships so participants can grow not just in what they do, but in how they lead.

JLeaders is designed for Jewish young adults, generally in their 20s and 30s, who are navigating important questions about work, leadership, identity, relationships, and purpose.
