In Good Company is a six-month cohort for male-identifying Jewish young professionals on gender, power, and masculinity in the workplace. In six monthly 90-minute sessions, participants will examine how their gender shapes the way they are perceived, how to navigate workplace structures ethically and effectively, and what Jewish wisdom offers men trying to lead well. Expect deep conversation, actionable skill-building, and a group of peers committed to becoming the colleagues, managers, and leaders their workplaces need.

Dates: First Sunday of the Month in January, February, March, April, May and June
Time: 9:30 AM PT / 12:30 PM ET (Sessions will run 90 minutes)
Format: Live online via Zoom
Cost: $360 for the whole experience

There will be minimal outside work and opportunities to build relationships within the cohort outside of the meeting times.
